Suikun(not the one from g/s)

Pokedex: Suikun is a Mysterious Wolf, only one of it's Kind known of, The last of a Dieing Breed. It's Powers are beond Beleif.

Type: Water/Electric/Unknown

Attacks:

Luminous Gun: Seemingly a Normal water gun, but with electricity Flowing through it.

Water Mastery: See Starmos's attack list.

Cloak: Uses Unnkonw Power to make himself invisible to Pokemon and Trainers alike (Includes Masters) in an official battle it lasts 5 turns, 50% Chance to hit him.

Transform: Not Ditto's Transform, but it Can use it's water element to Morph into any pokemon, for one attack, then Turns Back.

Maul: Suikun attacks the enemy and slashes it. (on a coin flip, this could either count for a tackle, or a slash)

Mimicrey x10: Mimics any water move, real or made up, but ten times as Powerful. can only use it once in battle. Not very Accurate

Learn: Can learn to use any Water, Or Electric attack. but does not know them normally.(For Roleplaying Purposes) In battle it is normal Mimic.

Shim-Arrow: Like aqua arrow. On a coin flip, it will either be a regular aqua arrow, or it can turn into ice.
